Hubble Space Telescope
NASA's Hubble Space Telescope (HST) has periodically observed Jupiter and monitored changes in its appearance since 1990, including the spectacular impacts of the Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 during 15-22 July 1994. HST has also imaged the Jovian auroral emissions in ulraviolet light.
